Wilhelmiina Koivuniemi (Helsinki EU Office) will tell us about how the EU decision-making systems work, what the main actors are and how to work with them.
Mariikka Manninen and Ilona Mansikka (the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council) will also share their hands-on experiences, followed by Henk Bowman’s (METREX) reflections on metropolitan perspectives in EU policy-making. There will also be time for discussion and sharing experiences and ideas.
